Members Online • Just listened to the ADHD episode. Huberman says 100mg of Vyvanse = 9mg of adderall and that people take 100mg+ of Vyvanse regularly, both of which simply aren’t true. Did I misunderstand? He does state that conversion is not simple or accurate but even loosely converted 100mg of Vyvanse would be about 40mg of adderall. And 70mg is the maximum recommended dose, it is not common for people to be prescribed more than 100mg daily. I had to rewind both of these moments to make sure I heard properly.
